Compassion Church Ministries exists as a church community first — but running that community well takes real organization. CCM is structured around ministries that serve the congregation directly, departments that keep the organization operating, and leaders and volunteers who carry both forward.

Two structures, working together
CCM intentionally separates ministries from departments, since not every operating unit faces the congregation the same way.
