Serve at CCM

Volunteers are at the center of every CCM ministry. You don't need a church staff account to get started — just an interest in serving.

Find an opportunity

Every ministry at CCM lists its own volunteer roles. Browse the ministry directory, or use the form below to express interest and a ministry leader will follow up.

Looking ahead

CCM plans a dedicated, authenticated volunteer experience, separate from staff and leadership accounts, so volunteers can manage their own schedule and requests without needing an @mycompassionchurch.org Microsoft 365 mailbox. Personal information and schedules will only ever be visible after signing in. Not yet available.
